We work hard to provide the very best professional product for the demanding artist. If you have questions or concerns call us and we will be happy to assist you.

If, after placing your order, you wish to cancel, any shipping charge (if it has shipped) or credit card charges (normally about 6 %) will be deducted from your refund. Special orders may only be returned with our agreement. If you wish to return the unit after it has been correctly installed on an instrument, please be advised that a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your purchase price - no exceptions.

Although Stetsbar claims that our designs mount directly without modifying the body of the guitar we don’t claim that in some cases pickguards won’t need altering. Please check with a tech if these minor points are an issue for you before ordering. 

Stetsbar provides a lifetime warranty to the original owner - which we stand rigidly behind! A requirement of this warranty guarantee is that a suitably experienced guitar technician installs it. We cannot take responsibility for problems or damage occurring through inexperienced installation. Any alterations or modifications to the Stetsbar voids manufacturers warranty and invalidates returns.
